Ledger ("the app") is published by ResQWare LLC ("we", "us"). We are based in New Hampshire, United States.
We collect no personal data on our servers. Loanly Ledger stores all data — names, IOU details, payment records — locally on your device using standard operating system storage. This data does not leave your device unless YOU explicitly export, share, or back it up via iCloud, Google Drive, or similar.
If you purchase the Pro upgrade, the purchase is processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android) under their respective terms. We use RevenueCat as a third-party purchase processor to manage entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and your purchase history. No personally identifying information is shared with RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you use the "Send statement" feature, the app composes an email in your device's default mail client using contact information YOU entered. We do not send the email, store the email content, or access your email account. The email is sent by you, from your account, via your mail provider.
If you enter a payment link (Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, etc.) for a person you track, that link is stored locally on your device. We do not process or facilitate payments. Any payment made via a link you provide is a transaction between you and the third-party payment provider.
Loanly Ledger is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
California residents have rights regarding their personal information. Because we collect no personal information on our servers, there is nothing for us to disclose, delete, or restrict the sale of. We do not sell personal information.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app.
